Curious about drinking a little differently in midlife?

Then this night is for you! Join us for an evening of connection, discovery and tasting for a collaborative event with Michelle Cole from Flourish Her x The Midnight Muddler for an exclusive Alcohol Free Taster Evening.

We'll take a moment to arrive and connect, Michelle will lead a conversation where we'll share why our relationship to alcohol can begin to change during midlife and we'll be stepping forward with curiosity and discovery in whats supports us to feel good. 

We’ll then go on to a very special taster session with Maria - alcohol-free expert and judge, where we’ll taste a wide range of alcohol-free drinks from sparkling teas, award winning alcohol-free wines, bitter aperitivos, ready to drink cocktails, functional mood enhancing sodas and spirits. We’ll learn about the ingredients and production methods as well as how to drink them and where to buy them. We’ll have a ask the expert Q&A session, goodie bags and a giveaway prize.

Discover what really makes a great alcohol-free cocktail in this hands-on masterclass at Lily's Social Kitchen. This goes beyond simple “mocktails” - you'll mix three drinks using premium alcohol-free spirits, aperitifs, syrups, fresh citrus and seasonal ingredients, while picking up the principles of flavour, balance and structure along the way.

You'll be guided by an AF drinks specialist and judge, learning how to build depth and complexity without alcohol, and getting hands-on with techniques like shaking, muddling and building drinks.

By the end, you'll have the skills and confidence to make exceptional cocktails at home ready for all your festive get togethers, plus recipe cards for everything you've made to take with you. Whether you're new to cocktail-making or already know your way around a shaker, there's something to take from this session.
